Ingredients
- 16 ounces dry egg noodles (1 bag)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (¾ stick)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese optional, for topping
Instructions
Cook the egg noodles to al dente according to package directions.
16 ounces dry egg noodles
Drain the noodles. Then, add them back to the pan.
Stir in the butter, garlic, and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
